Veleres provides agricultural field monitoring, satellite imagery analysis, and spectral index computation. Service availability depends on satellite data availability and processing capacity.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Veleres only for lawful purposes related to agricultural management and analysis. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling of data is prohibited.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are billed according to your selected plan. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, satellite analysis is provided as-is for informational purposes. It should not be the sole basis for agricultural decisions with significant financial impact.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veleres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
