We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address, name, and farm field locations. We also collect usage data to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide satellite imagery analysis, process orders, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Field geometry and analysis data are stored in our cloud infrastructure.

4. Satellite Imagery

Satellite imagery data processed through our platform is derived from publicly available Copernicus Sentinel-2 data. Analysis results are stored for your access.

5. Optional AI Connections

If you choose to connect ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) to Veleres, that service receives the arguments of the tools you use and Veleres' answers. Answers can include your authorized account, project, plot and observation data. Administrator tools can also include confidential customer, staff, order, support, financial and internal records according to the administrator's current permissions. A separate Veleres AI sign-in service processes the identity link and access tokens. Veleres checks current access for each request. You can disconnect in Veleres settings; copies already held by an AI service remain under that service's own account controls and policy. The customer notice and administrator notice explain the current data categories, controls and retention periods.
